Automatic alerting based on calibrated infrared camera systems
Calibrated infrared camera systems allow reliable measurement of temperatures, persons and objects at great distances. Therefore, not only it is possible to detect intruders but also, additionally, to automate this detection. This function can be applied since data of temperature is adjusted with threshold values in real time and an alert will be set off on its exceeding.
Monitoring system IROD – detection without additional illumination even in case of darkness
Another advantage of the automatic object monitoring system IROD concerns the application of highly efficient infrared camera systems which do not require any additional installation of IR illumination for the to-be-monitored area. Thus, monitoring of intruding people or vehicles is possible even in the event of absolute darkness or poor visibility. By means of special high-performance lenses, monitoring systems can be optimally adapted to the respective local requirements. A higher spatial resolution of the infrared camera systems for monitoring system IROD in combination with their mounting on pan-tilt head allow a targeted observation of monitoring sectors in detail.
